What are we looking for?

As a Creative Motion Producer for our mobile app campaigns, you’ll go beyond creating videos. You’ll blend creativity, experimentation, and AI agents automation to scale our global product portfolio and strengthen our brand presence across international markets.
You’ll drive innovation, execution, and performance for high‑impact digital products used by millions worldwide. We’re looking for a versatile, strongly organized, data‑savvy, creative motion producer with an approach to AI workflows who’s eager to organize, test, learn, deliver fast and grow fast.
This role is available for both remote and local applicants, depending on your availability.
What You’ll Do:

Turn growth briefs, ideas and hypotheses into clear creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
Own and keep organized the full creative pipeline: idea → test asset → winner → scalable creative pack → performance → idea.
Collaborate daily with:
Growth Marketing - angles, messaging, offers, audience insights;
UA - formats, placements, specs, testing structure;
Motion Designers - current campaign needs and requirements.
Actively use AI tools (image, video, script, voice) to speed up versioning and localization.
Maintain a structured creative asset library (angle, persona, format, hook, language, app, performance KPIs).
Track TikTok / Reels / Shorts trends and adapt them to our apps and markets
Follow creative trends. Stay current with what is working in mobile ads and social media.
Connect metrics to design. Understand how specific KPIs reflect your creative choices and which levers to pull to influence performance.
Improve through testing. Analyze performance to spot patterns and create stronger iterations.
Own your projects. Lead the full process from concept to delivery with consistency.
Requirements:

3+ years in performance-driven creative generation (mobile apps, subscriptions, or agencies).
Creative, innovative, and original mindset and ability to transform this into ideas and scripts that hook viewers.
Data-curious mindset - you care how your creatives perform, want to see the numbers and experiment
Strong ability to translate data and performance insights into visually impactful concepts and creative modifications.
Strong experience with performance ads for video-first formats (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Reels, Shorts, UGC-style content).
AI-Native approach - proven ability to integrate generative AI models into a professional production pipeline.
Hands-on and proactive - you are detail-oriented and eager to experiment, iterate, and continuously improve.
Collaborative energy - strong communicator who thrives in fast-moving, cross functional environments.
Fluent in English.
Extra credit for:

Experience with performance marketing creatives
Familiarity with App Store promotional video guidelines
Ability to storyboard or sketch concepts quickly
Knowledge of localization workflows
