Head of Web Marketing
Who are we?
MobiSystems is a Bulgarian product development company that creates and sells its own productivity applications for Windows, Android, iOS and macOS. We have over 550 million users of MobiSystems products. During our 23 year history, we have created OfficeSuite, PDF Extra, Talk & Translate and MobiDrive, which have proven themselves to be viable alternatives for the products from Microsoft and Adobe.
Currently, we have 200 employees in our headquarters in Sofia and offices in San Diego.
What are we looking for?
As the Head of Web Marketing you will lead the Web marketing team and be responsible for overseeing our websites and online store, infrastructure and operations, analysis and reporting, and constantly enhancing the customer journey and experience to ensure that it is fully optimized.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of Web marketers focused on project management, CMS management, analytics, and user experience.
Oversee the day-to-day CMS platform operation, ensuring content across our websites and landing pages is always current and supporting the marketing objectives of the company. You will manage the CMS manager who collaborates with designers, copywriters, marketing and developers to ensure the highest quality content is delivered to our users.
Manage the company online direct-to-consumer shop (the “MobiStore”). Optimize the user journey experience through to the cart, placement and copy/content for products, local market pricing across 20+ countries, promotions, discounts, and offers. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving/exceeding targets.
As part of the user journey and experience, propose, manage, and support A/B testing programs, delivering fast but accurate and meaningful results, and provide next-step recommendations to the product and marketing teams.
Define, implement, and report all Web analytics, including, but not limited to, site traffic/visits, consumer behaviour, actions (downloads, installs, trials, purchases, etc), page loads, efficiency, and others. Provide insight and recommendations on interpretation, opportunities identified, and actions to be taken.
Using all the available tools, and identifying additional tools as necessary, understand the customer journey across all Web properties and seek out opportunities to simplify and optimize those journeys, improve the customer experience, and increase the effectiveness of those properties. Work closely with the SEO, brand, product, acquisition, and retention teams.
Oversee the day-to-day management of our CRM tool, working with IT and engineering on integration, and with retention and acquisition on monetization.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in all aspects of Web marketing.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years experience working with content management systems, website infrastructure, testing, and anlytics
Proven experience in a Web marketing role
Fluency in English and additional language skills are a strong advantage
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience with A/B testing tools
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
