MobiSystems unveils major redesign and renaming of Oxford Dictionary of English for Android

MobiSystems is happy to announce a significant change to its Oxford Dictionary of English app for Android. One of the company’s most popular products with over 50 million downloads, the app is being renamed to Oxford Dictionary and features some notable growths in functionality:
- Oxford’s Top 15 Dictionaries in One App – Building up from the English-only content of Oxford Dictionary of English, the new Oxford Dictionary offers content in 14 languages, including French, German, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Italian, Hindi, Urdu, Portuguese, Japanese, Greek, Bulgarian, and Thai, each with their own dedicated dictionary from Oxford Languages.
- The Latest English Database from Oxford Languages – The new Oxford Dictionary comes with the latest word database from Oxford Languages to keep you up-to-date with the newest words and phrases.
- Improved Design & User Experience – The app’s look and feel has been redesigned for a fresher and more user-friendly experience.
- New & Expanded Features – Some of the notable changes in terms of functionality are the improved Word of the Day feature in all 15 languages, availability of a British and American Thesaurus, and a number of other smaller changes.
