Prize draw terms and conditions
1. The promoter of this free prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is MobiSystems, Inc., a California corporation having its principal place of business at 4501 Mission Bay Dr, Suite 3A, San Diego, CA 92109, U.S.A., TIN: 01-057809 (hereinafter referred to as “MobiSystems”).
2. Employees of MobiSystems or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the Prize Draw or helping to set up the Prize Draw shall not be permitted to enter the Prize Draw.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
4. Entry to the Prize Draw is open to survey participants aged over 18 who are residents of USA, France, Germany, Brazil, Israel, UK, Australia, Chilli, Argentina, Canada, Mexico, Spain, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Saudi Arabia, and is automatic upon completion and submission of the online survey. All participants are only permitted one entry into the Prize Draw.
5. The closing date to enter the Prize Draw is 31/03/2026. Any entries received after this date will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
6. MobiSystems will not accept any liability for incomplete entries or entries not properly received due to technical, communication or any other problems. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
7. There are 2 prizes, each of which consists of a USD 100 voucher or the respective currency equivalent voucher for Amazon.
8. MobiSystems reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of its control. Any changes to the Prize Draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by MobiSystems.
9. MobiSystems is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Prize Draw.
10. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability.
11. Winners will be chosen at random by software provided by MobiSystems from all entries received and verified by MobiSystems and/or its agents.
12. The winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the relevant winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. MobiSystems will notify the winners when the prize will be delivered by email provided by the winner.
14. MobiSystems’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. MobiSystems accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by entrants as a result of entering the Prize Draw, not winning or not accepting the prize. It is not liable for any prize that does not reach the winner for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
16. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions will be governed with the laws of the State of California.
17. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current European union data protection legislation. By completing the survey, the winners agree to participate in the Prize Draw and that their names may be made available to anyone who asks for the identity of the winners (see Condition 18).
18. Completing the survey will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
19. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, X or any other Social Network. You are providing your personal data and information to MobiSystems and/or its agents for the purposes of the survey and the Prize Draw only.
