Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly motivated professional with a strong background in Business Intelligence. She/he will work with the company stakeholders to identify business intelligence, reporting and data analysis needs, define strategies, and implement solutions that satisfy those needs.

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with the different stakeholders to identify information needs and define KPIs and metrics

• Design, develop, and maintain Qlik dashboards and Data Studio reports, ensuring high performance and scalability

• Define strategies for data collection, aggregation, analysis and reporting.

• Develop and optimize automated data workflows and scripts (ETL pipelines) to transform raw data into curated datasets for reporting.

• Monitor the quality of the collected data and the reporting consistency and take actions in case of deviations

• Work with the Engineering team to develop data related features in the applications and servers

• Perform analyses on the available data to extract actionable insights on user behavior that will help drive product and business decisions

• Design, execute and analyze A/B tests, providing technical guidance on sample sizes and significance.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, economics or another quantitative discipline

• Proven experience in a similar BI Developer/Analyst role

• Strong analytical problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in SQL. Familiarity with Google BigQuery is an advantage.

• Experience with data reporting tools and analytics platforms. Familiarity with Qlik is an advantage

• Statistical competence such as regression modelling, A/B testing, significance testing, etc.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Experience in the mobile apps business is an advantage

• Excellent English skills - written & spoken

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders

• Proactive. Self-organizing. Able to multi-task and prioritize
