What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and take ownership of key initiatives for our product MobiDrive.

You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, contributing directly to the definition, delivery, and continuous improvement of the product. This role requires strong analytical thinking, structured decision‑making, and ability to create value for the users and the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product definition by identifying the problems to be solved and defining the proper solutions in collaboration with UX, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Support and other stakeholders.

  • Analyze quantitative data and qualitative feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth.

  • Collaborate with the UX team to refine concepts and validate prototypes with end users.

  • Create detailed feature specifications, user stories, and wireframes.

  • Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with business goals.

  • Provide ongoing clarification and support to Engineering during implementation.

  • Review completed features from a functional and user‑experience perspective.

  • Support the AE team in defining test scenarios and prioritizing issues discovered during testing.

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor product releases on a weekly basis.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in a software company in a product‑related role such as Product Management, Project Management, Product Marketing, or Business Analysis.

  • Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of product areas.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and structured thinking.

  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence.

  • Excellent English - written and spoken (C1/C2).

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is an advantage.

  • Based in Sofia or willing to relocate.
