Senior Paid Acquisition Specialist – Desktop apps

What are we looking for? 

We are setting new acquisition goals, so we are looking for Senior Paid Acquisition Specialist who will work in our Marketing team. You will help to make our current Windows and Mac apps even more successful. 

Responsibilities:  

• Develop and launch promotional campaigns for our Windows applications on Facebook, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and all proper channels (paid search, display, video). We provide substantial funds for our office productivity software 

• Cooperate with the Creative Team. Together, you will develop and test creatives: come up with ideas, propose hypotheses, monitor implementation, and give feedback 

• Maintain maximum technical connection with analytics platforms ensuring best performance 

• Develop a strong connection with product development team, keeping them up to date with ongoing ad strategy 

• Generate weekly and monthly reporting 

• Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards & reports  

• Communicate regularly project status to team and upper management  

Requirements: 

• 5+ years of experience in managing paid acquisition campaigns (preferably for software) 

• Experience with analytics and MMP (AppsFlyer, Tableau, Firebase, etc.) 

• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram campaigns 

• Experience with web landing pages and ad creative ideas 

• At least an Intermediate level of English 

• Experience with substantial funds and numerous project campaigns 

• Experience in project initiation 

• Experience with Apple Search Ads is a plus 

• Experience with Microsoft Ads is a plus
