Business Development Representative (Outbound) – MobiPDF (Europe)
Who are we?

Founded in 2001, MobiSystems builds productivity apps used by millions worldwide. Our products include MobiOffice and MobiPDF, a privacy-conscious and affordable alternative for creating, editing, and managing documents.
What are we looking for?

We are looking for an outbound-focused BDR to grow MobiPDF business revenue across Europe. Your goal is to prospect, qualify, run demos, negotiate, and close deals. You should be comfortable wearing multiple hats in a smaller company. and run the full sales cycle.
Responsibilities:

Build pipeline via outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.)
Run discovery and qualification, then lead demos and trials
Create proposals/quotes, handle objections, negotiate, and close deals
Own opportunities in the CRM end-to-end (activity, next steps, forecast)
Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Support on messaging, feedback, and handoff
Requirements:

3+ years in outbound B2B software sales for the SMB market (BDR/SDR with closing responsibility, inside sales, or AE)
Proven record of creating pipeline and closing net-new deals
Strong discovery, qualification, and negotiation skills
Fluent English, plus one additional European language
Experience using a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) and outbound sequencing tools (Outreach / Salesloft / Apollo or similar)
Extra credit for:

Selling productivity, document workflow, or PDF software
Experience converting trials/self-serve interest into paid business deals
