Experienced Android Developer

What are we looking for? 

We are currently seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our Android Platform team and contribute to the many new features that are planned. You will work in together with Product Managers, UI/UX designers, Automation QAs and fellow developers in agile process to deliver new releases on a regular basis.

Requirements:

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent 

• 3+ years of experience with Java software development 

• Proven ability to comprehend and evolve an existing code base in a practical manner 

• Android, Java & Kotlin, OOP, data structures and design patterns 

• Unit and UI testing of Android applications 

• Experience with integration of third-party SDKs and crash reporting tools 

• Experience with integration of native libraries (NDK) 

• Experience with modern team engineering practices – source control, feature branches, code reviews, automated builds, automated tests and deployments 

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delegated tasks and responsibilities 

• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills  

• Very good level of spoken/written English 

• Good communication skills

Considered a plus:

• Experience with Cloud messaging APIs and push notifications 

• Experience with different app stores (e.g. Amazon Appstore) 

• Experience with billing libraries (Google Play Billing) 

• Experience with Advertising libraries (Google Mobile Ads, Facebook Audience Network)
