Invoice Template (Word)

A classic, layout-first invoice for anyone who bills clients without needing formulas — freelancers, small businesses, and anyone sending a handful of invoices a month.

The template comes with the full billing structure laid out: your logo and company name at the top, a Bill To block for the client's details, fields for the date, order numbers on both sides, sales rep, shipping terms, and tax ID, and an itemized table with quantity, item, units, and description columns. Nothing to build — you replace the placeholders and the invoice looks right.

Download the file, open it in MobiOffice, Microsoft 365, or other compatible office suites, fill in your details, and export to PDF to send. Because it's a Word document, it's also easy to adapt: add or remove columns, adjust the branding, and save your own version for next time.
