As a Growth Manager at MobiSystems, you’ll go beyond buying impressions. You’ll blend data, creativity, experimentation, and strategic thinking to scale our global product portfolio and strengthen our brand presence across international markets.

You’ll drive strategy, execution, and performance for highimpact digital products used by millions worldwide. Were looking for a versatile, datasavvy, creative marketer whos eager to test, learn, and grow fast.

This role is available in both fulltime and parttime formats, depending on your availability and experience.

What You’ll Do?

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution - plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms.

  • Drive creative testing - collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop concepts, test hypotheses, and scale top performing ideas.

  • Analyze, learn, and scale - build dashboards, track KPIs, and use data to uncover new growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate across teams - work closely with product, design, and data teams to understand user behavior and shape effective growth strategies.

  • Innovate fearlessly - experiment with new channels, formats, and campaign ideas, always pushing beyond what’s been done before.

  • Build global partnerships - work with ad platform partners (Meta, TikTok, Google) and external agencies.

  • Leverage data and dashboards - Build and monitor BI dashboards for insights and ensure campaigns achieve target KPIs while scaling.

  • Manage the creative pipeline. Develop and test creatives by generating ideas, proposing hypotheses, monitoring implementation, and providing feedback.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital growth, or paid media (experience with mobile apps or consumer tech is a plus).

  • Strong knowledge of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, AppLovin, etc.) and campaign optimization.

  • Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMP) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, etc.

  • Analytical mindset - confident using data to guide creative and budget decisions.

  • Creative curiosity - you enjoy testing new ideas and discovering what resonates with users.

  • Collaborative energy - strong communicator who thrives in fast‑moving, cross‑functional environments.

  • Interest in optimization and AI tools to improve workflows and efficiency.

  • Fluent English.
