Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manages the full end-to-end recruitment process

  • Creates, publishes and optimizes job advertisements and recruitment materials

  • Actively uses social media and multiple recruitment channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

  • Implements innovative sourcing strategies and explores new talent acquisition channels

  • Conducts interviews, maintains candidate records, and manages the recruitment pipeline

  • Collaborates closely with different departments on staffing needs and employee relations matters

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participates in the creation, implementation, and improvement of HR policies, procedures, and key HR projects 

  • Supports and participates in performance appraisal activities and feedback meetings 

  • Organizes and participates in team-building activities, company events, and job fairs  

  • Manages employee benefits and supports initiatives related to employee engagement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or similar 

  • At least 3 years of experience in the IT industry 

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) 

  • Ability to develop/maintain professional relationships and professionally interact with all levels within the organization 

  • Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to details and ability to multi-task and prioritize 

  • Team player, proactive, problem-solver with ability to uphold a high level of confidentiality 

  • Able to deal with ambiguity and changing landscapes 

  • Excellent computer literacy
