Business Intelligence Analyst

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly motivated professional with a strong background in Business Intelligence. She/he will work with the company stakeholders to identify business intelligence, reporting and data analysis needs, define strategies and implement solutions that satisfy those needs.
Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the different stakeholders to identify information needs and define KPIs and metrics 
- Design, develop, and maintain QlikSense dashboards and Looker Studio reports 
- Define strategies for data collection, aggregation, analysis, and reporting 
- Monitor the quality of the collected data and the reporting consistency and take actions in case of deviations 
- Work with the Engineering team to develop data related features in the applications and servers 
- Perform analyses on the available data to extract actionable insights on user behavior that will help drive product and business decisions 
- Design, execute and analyze A/B tests 
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, economics or another quantitative discipline 
- Proven experience in a similar BI Analyst role 
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills 
- Proficiency in SQL. Familiarity with Google BigQuery is an advantage 
- Experience with data reporting tools and analytics platforms. Familiarity with Qlik Sense is an advantage 
- Statistical competence such as regression modelling, A/B testing, significance testing, etc. 
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills 
- Experience in the mobile apps business is an advantage 
- Excellent English skills - written & spoken 
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders 
- Proactive. Self-organizing. Able to multi-task and prioritize
