What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Senior Paid Social Acquisition Specialist who will help us in our efforts to grow our user base through paid social channels. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and launch promotional campaigns for our iOS and Android applications on Facebook, Instagram, Google Adwords, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, any other relevant networks. We provide substantial funds for our productivity apps.  

  • Cooperate with the Creative Team. Together, you will develop and test videos, landing pages and other creatives, come up with ideas, propose hypotheses, monitor implementation, and give feedback. 

  • Proactively test new audiences, campaign types, channels and creatives in pursuit of constantly improving results.  

  • Plan and execute long term strategies for paid social campaigns and growth. 

  • Analyze promotional activities and optimize campaigns according to the established KPIs. 

  • Communicate with the Product Team. 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in buying traffic for mobile apps (iOS, Android) 

  • Experience with Facebook, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, etc. 

  • Experience and focus on video ad campaigns 

  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager and MMP (AppsFlyer, Firebase, etc.) 

  • Experience with web landing pages and web-to-app, app-to-web purchases 

  • Experience with substantial funds and numerous project campaigns 

  • Fluent in English  

  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills 

  • Experience in project initiation

MobiSystems is a team of strong international top talents. This role allows either Hybrid work model, combining in-office in our Sofia headquarters and work-from home days (for candidates from Sofia) or fully remote for international candidates.
