The Opportunity

This is a pivotal leadership hire. As VP of Product, you will own the product roadmap across our entire portfolio and be accountable for the business outcomes - user growth, retention, revenue. You will directly lead and grow a team of Product Managers and with the help of a Product Design leader - a team of Product Designers.

You will work in close partnership with the CEO and other functional leaders. The role is execution-first, with a clear path to a broader strategic scope.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience transforming a product organization - not just managing but measurably raising the team's performance.

• Proven ability to drive roadmap execution with cross-functional teams accountable for their results beyond delivery.

• Comfortable reporting directly to the CEO - build trust and take ownership over time.

• A genuine coaching mindset: you develop the people around you, not just the product.

• Strong grasp of mobile apps and consumer software dynamics with a track record in competitive markets.

• Excellent English, written and spoken, with strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.

• Bulgarian fluency to integrate into the Sofia team.

• Living in Sofia or willing to relocate.
