    Before installing MobiOffice, check that your device meets the system requirements. This guide lists the supported operating systems for Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS, explains which apps are available on each platform, and walks through the differences between MobiOffice Premium, Multi-user, and Lifetime.

    System requirements

    MobiOffice is built to run on a wide range of devices. The minimum requirements below apply to all editions of MobiOffice.

    Windows

    • Available on: PC, Surface Hub

    • Operating system: Windows 10 (Version 1809, Build 17763 or higher) or Windows 11

    • Architecture: x64

    • Memory: 1 GB minimum, 2 GB recommended

    • Processor: 1 GHz or faster, 2-core (minimum); 2 GHz or faster, 4-core (recommended)

    • Included apps: MobiDocs, MobiSheets, MobiSlides, MobiMail, MobiPDF Reader

    For corporate deployment, MobiOffice is also available as an MSIX installer. See the enterprise deployment guide for details.

    Mac

    • Operating system: macOS Monterey (12.0) or later

    • Architecture: Apple Silicon or Intel

    • Included apps: MobiDocs, MobiSheets, MobiSlides

    Note: MobiMail and MobiPDF Reader are not available on Mac.

    Android

    • Operating system: Android 9.0 Pie or later

    • Included apps: MobiDocs, MobiSheets, MobiSlides, MobiPDF Reader

    iOS

    • Operating system: iOS 18.0 or later

    • Included apps: MobiDocs, MobiSheets, MobiSlides, MobiPDF Reader

    Troubleshooting

    • My device runs an older operating system. MobiOffice requires Windows 10 or later, macOS Monterey or later, Android 9.0 or later, or iOS 18.0 or later. If your OS is older, update it before installing, or use a legacy OfficeSuite release where available.

    • The installer won't run on my Mac. Confirm you are on macOS Monterey (12.0) or later. Also check that the download is the Mac installer, not the Windows version.

    • MobiMail isn't showing up on my Mac, Android, or iOS device. This is expected. MobiMail is available on Windows only.
