What are we looking for?

As a CMS Manager, part of our Web marketing team, you will be responsible for overseeing our day-to-day CMS platform operation, uploading and updating content across our website. You will collaborate with designers, copywriters, marketing and developers to ensure the highest quality content is delivered to our users.
Responsibilities:

Work closely with the marketing designers, copywriters, and SEO teams to align content strategies with overall business goals, and to produce, maintain, and update accurate content, and to set realistic content schedules and implementation expectations
Work with web developers to upgrade the CMS component and templates, ensure it’s properly configured and serving the needs of the organization
Work with IT to ensure the CMS is secure, stable and operational, and regularly backed up
Upload and update content on the platform in 10+ languages
Ensure all content across all web properties adheres to brand guidelines and reflects the most current brand positioning, key messaging, and unique selling propositions
Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely updates and publication
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content management
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years experience working with content management systems and website infrastructure
Proven experience in a Content management or SEO management role
Fluency in English and additional language skills are a strong advantage
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web publishing tools
Experience with StoryBlok will be a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
An eye for design and visual structure.
Some HTML skills
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
