Edit and Refine Faster: MobiOffice Now Includes a Free AI Writing Assistant

After adding MobiMail and MobiPDF Reader to our office suite, we’re now making your writing experience even faster and better. Now all MobiOffice users – Free and Premium – can enjoy built-in AI writing tools, available at no extra cost, making MobiOffice the only office suite to offer free AI tools to its users. As always, our mission is simple: make your workflow faster, smoother, and smarter, while keeping MobiOffice easy-to-use.

Smarter writing tools with simplicity in mind 

Every MobiOffice user now gets built-in AI tools, designed with simplicity in mind. Our free writing assistant can make anyone’s writing sharper and easier, without being overwhelming or needing previous experience to use. The goal is to enhance your writing in seconds, without adding complexity and provide intuitive assistance exactly when you need it, easily. 

What you can do with MobiOffice AI  

You can find all the latest AI features seamlessly integrated into MobiDocs, the word processing tool in MobiOffice. The AI writing assistant is accessible through two straightforward options:  

• Inline AI  

• Ribbon AI menu  

Here’s how they work and what they can do for you. 

With the Inline AI option, a button will appear when you highlight part of your text in MobiDocs, offering three options for smart editing: 

• Fix Grammar – Improves grammar and refines sentence structure. 

• Summarize – Condenses content into a shorter, clearer version. 

• Expand – Adds detail, clarity, or elaboration where needed. 

This way, you can easily try out multiple versions and pick the best fit when you feel your text is good to go – perfect for quick edits. 

The Ribbon AI options are found in the main menu, under AI Ribbon → AI Paraphraser. 

The Paraphraser tool has 4 different modes serving to help with the tone of voice of your text. These are: 

• Standard – Neutral tone 

• Formal – Professional writing 

• Summarize – Shorter version 

• Expand – More detailed output 

You can also use the Fix Grammar smart tool which works on selected or custom text, letting you compare original vs. AI-edited versions side by side before accepting changes. 

Free for all users, useful for every need 

As we said, the AI writing assistant is now part of the standard MobiOffice experience – no subscriptions, no usage limits. Whether you're writing a letter, updating your resume, drafting something for work, or editing personal documents, it’s there to help you write more clearly and confidently.
