What are we looking for?

As an AI Creative Motion Designer for our mobile app campaigns, you’ll go beyond creating videos. You’ll blend creativity, experimentation, and AI agents automation to scale our global product portfolio and strengthen our brand presence across international markets.
You’ll drive innovation, execution, and performance for high‑impact digital products used by millions worldwide. We’re looking for a versatile, data‑savvy, creative motion designer with a very strong approach to AI workflows who’s eager to test, learn, deliver fast and grow fast.
This role is available in both full‑time and part‑time formats, depending on your availability and experience.
What you’ll do?

Turn insights into ideas. Work with Growth and Product Marketing to build bold, testable concepts that evolve into winners.
Design standout assets. Produce high-impact static and motion graphics for user acquisition and marketing campaigns across different channels as Meta, AppLovin, Google, etc.
Leverage AI tools. Master latest AI tools to deliver visuals. You will have access to every platform with no credit limits. If you already use agentic workflows, vibe-coding to automate repetitive tasks, you will fit right in.
Master your tools. Use After Effects, Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro to deliver high-quality work.
Follow creative trends. Stay current with what is working on mobile ads and social media.
Connect metrics to design. Understand how specific KPIs reflect your creative choices and which levers to pull to influence performance.
Improve through testing. Analyze performance to spot patterns and create stronger iterations.
Own your projects. Lead the full process from concept to delivery with consistency.
Requirements:

4+ years of experience (or equivalent via a strong portfolio) in marketing art, motion graphics, or creative production. Experience with mobile ads for user acquisition.
AI-Native approach. Proven ability to integrate generative AI models into a professional production pipeline.
Proficient with industry-standard design tools, including Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
Strong ability to translate data and performance insights into visually impactful concepts.
Hands-on and proactive. You are detail-oriented and eager to experiment, iterate, and continuously improve.
Collaborative energy - strong communicator who thrives in fast‑moving, cross‑functional environments.
Fluent English.
