Business Intelligence Analyst

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly motivated professional with a strong background in Business Intelligence. She/he will work with the company stakeholders to identify business intelligence, reporting and data analysis needs, define strategies and implement solutions that satisfy those needs.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the different stakeholders to identify information needs and define KPIs and metrics
Design, develop, and maintain QlikSense dashboards and Looker Studio reports
Define strategies for data collection, aggregation, analysis, and reporting
Monitor the quality of the collected data and the reporting consistency and take actions in case of deviations
Work with the Engineering team to develop data related features in the applications and servers
Perform analyses on the available data to extract actionable insights on user behavior that will help drive product and business decisions
Design, execute and analyze A/B tests
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, economics or another quantitative discipline
Proven experience in a similar BI Analyst role
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Proficiency in SQL. Familiarity with Google BigQuery is an advantage
Experience with data reporting tools and analytics platforms. Familiarity with Qlik Sense is an advantage
Statistical competence such as regression modelling, A/B testing, significance testing, etc.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience in the mobile apps business is an advantage
Excellent English skills - written & spoken
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders
Proactive. Self-organizing. Able to multi-task and prioritize
