Our headquartered in Sofia with a team of 200 and we have a sales office in San Diego, CA.
Primary Responsibilities:

Manages the full end-to-end recruitment process
Creates, publishes and optimizes job advertisements and recruitment materials
Actively uses social media and multiple recruitment channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Implements innovative sourcing strategies and explores new talent acquisition channels
Conducts interviews, maintains candidate records, and manages the recruitment pipeline
Collaborates closely with different departments on staffing needs and employee relations matters
Additional Responsibilities:

Participates in the creation, implementation, and improvement of HR policies, procedures, and key HR projects
Supports and participates in performance appraisal activities and feedback meetings
Organizes and participates in team-building activities, company events, and job fairs
Manages employee benefits and supports initiatives related to employee engagement
Requirements:

Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or similar
At least 3 years of experience in the IT industry
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Ability to develop/maintain professional relationships and professionally interact with all levels within the organization
Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to details and ability to multi-task and prioritize
Team player, proactive, problem-solver with ability to uphold a high level of confidentiality
Able to deal with ambiguity and changing landscapes
Excellent computer literacy
