Signing in to MobiSheets
Sign in to MobiSheets to activate your licence, unlock your premium features, and keep your spreadsheets in sync across devices. You can sign in with a MobiSystems account or with your Google, Facebook, or Apple account. This guide shows you how to sign in on Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS. You only need to do this once per device. If you don't have an account yet, you can create one from the same sign-in window.
Before you begin
Make sure you have:
MobiOffice installed on your device. See Installing MobiOffice on multiple devices.
A MobiSystems account, or a Google, Facebook, or Apple account to sign in with. If you don't have an account yet, follow the steps in Creating and managing your MobiOffice account.
An internet connection.
Sign in to MobiSheets on Windows
1. Search for MobiSheets on the Windows Search bar or open it from the Start menu.
2. Click the face icon to sign in, or open the Account menu then click Sign In.
3. Choose how to sign in:
Enter your MobiSystems account email and password, or
Select Google, Facebook, or Apple and follow the prompts.
4. Wait for the confirmation. Your licence activates automatically and your premium features unlock.
Sign in to MobiSheets on Mac
1. Open MobiSheets from Launchpad or your Applications folder.
2. Click Account.
3. Sign in with your MobiSystems account, or select Google, Facebook, or Apple.
Your licence activates automatically once you're signed in.
Sign in to MobiSheets on Android and iOS
On phones and tablets, MobiSheets is part of the MobiOffice app, so signing in there signs you in for spreadsheets too.
1. Open the MobiOffice app on your device.
2. Go to the Account section.
3. Sign in with your MobiSystems account, or select Google, Facebook, or Apple.
Sign out or switch accounts on Windows
Use these steps if you share a device or need to switch accounts.
1. Open MobiSheets.
2. Open the Account section.
3. Select Sign Out.
4. Sign in again with the account you want to use.
Troubleshooting
My premium features aren't showing. Sign in with the same account you used to buy your subscription. Switching sign-in providers (for example, Google to Apple) creates a separate account.
I forgot my password. In the MobiSheets app, go to Account and click Sign in. On the sign-in window, enter your email then click Continue. Select the Forgot password reset option and follow the instructions sent to your email.
I'm at my device limit. Sign in to your MobiSystems account (https://accounts.mobisystems.com/). Open My Account > Linked Devices and remove a device you no longer use.
Sign-in won't complete. Check your internet connection and try again. If your antivirus or firewall blocks the app, allow MobiOffice and retry.
